Join us! We are looking for a Bar Manager

Location: On The Rocks Cocktail Bar – 69 Truong Cong Dinh, Ward 1, Da Lat

Working time: 5PM – Late Night.

1. Job Description

Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the bar:

• Arrange and coordinate the daily work of all bar staff.
• Receive and arrange customer bookings in all channels.
• Manage the quality of the bar’s products and food safety issues.
• Service control at the bar: employee interactions with customers, the cleanliness of the bar as well as other issues related to sound, light, smell, and vibe in the bar.
• Perform daily customer relations work at the bar, collect customers’ opinions, and solve customer problems.
• Manage, control, and reconcile daily income and expenditure at the bar.
• Solve urgent work arising at the bar
• Make the daily reports.

Manage and coordinate the periodic activities of the bar:

• Manage and inventory assets, products, and inventory periodically at the bar.
• Make a list to order goods, wine, glasses, machinery, and equipment periodically.
• Manage & coordinate with other departments to coordinate HR plans as well as recruit positions at the bar.
• Coordinate with other departments (Marketing, Purchasing, Financial, Accounting) to implement plans related to the bar.
• Adjust and building management systems and operating procedures.
• Organizing and operating business activities according to the orientation set by the management levels.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the bar’s shareholders.
• Perform other tasks as directed by Operation Manager.

2. Requirements

• Candidates with a college degree or above, majoring in hotel and restaurant management or related majors.
• At least 02 years of experience in the FnB industry and 01 year in the Leader position. 
• Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of the Nightlife industry and cocktail bars in particular.
• Preference will be given to candidates living in Da Lat.
• Good communication skills (Vietnamese and English)
• Able to work independently and online well.
• Able to work under pressure, coordination skills, and time management skills. Sociable, agile, and quick to solve problems.

3. Benefits

• Fixed salary: 7mil
• Service charge, tips, overtime pay (weekdays x1.5; holidays x3), and 13th-month bonus.
• Sales Bonus (KPI).
• Other salary and bonus benefits as prescribed.
• Day off: 4 days/month
• Salary review: every 6 months.
